How it works

  1. Fill out the form

Share your city, bedrooms, budget, move-in date, credit range and rental history. The more honest the answers, the better the match.

  2. I text you to confirm

I check that I have your details right, then ask which areas of the city you want to live in.

  3. Get your list

I send apartments in your areas that fit your budget. Every price is confirmed on the property's own floor plan page, not copied from a listing site.

  4. Pick and tour

Tell me which ones you like and I set up your tours.

About Aaron

I help renters in Texas find an apartment without spending weekends scrolling listings and calling leasing offices. You tell me what you can spend and what you need, and I do the searching.

I ask about credit and rental history up front so I can point you to communities that are likely to approve you, instead of letting you pay application fees on places that won't.

  • Prices are checked on each property's own website before I send them.
  • I only send options that fit your budget.
  • You can text me questions at any point in the search.

Ready when you are.

Working with me doesn't cost you anything. Apartment communities pay locators, so you can search without a fee.
